Vendors walk between the cars when we're stopped at intersections selling this or that. The going rate for beautiful long-stemmed roses is less than $3 a dozen! That is too hard to resist! So we bought a vase for less than $10, and yesterday Rick bought me these beautiful roses...the first of many, I hope! You just can't find a deal like that in the states.
